ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS IN ATTACHMENTS AND VIDEO BELOW
Suitable for all heights and body types. Excess wood can be easily cut off to create a tool that is tailor-made for you.
For mowing in the standard stance, where the mowing motion goes from right to left and the right hand is closer to the scythe. If you want to mow the other way, order a "left" snath.
Includes a clamp (scythe ring) for attaching the scythe to the snath.
Includes a wedge for adjusting the position of the scythe. This allows you to adjust the handle for both meadow mowing and trimming in tight spaces.
The handle is designed for use with our Austrian scythes. It can of course also be used with other common scythes, but the angles may differ and the setup process may differ from the one described in the manual and video.
SNATH ASSEMBLY VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS
The handle can be transported disassembled, when the length is only 120 cm. This also reduces the cost of shipping by courier.
Without the top piece, it can be used for small children (from approx. 5 years old). The handle will then grow with them into adulthood.
